So here comes a time where Trigger comes out of the norm and makes their once-in-a-while electro event. Given the circumstances that we had Chocolate Puma in Dragonfly, 6 international trance djs in Fable, and Flip from Bandung not being able to spin, we thought we were doomed.

Little did we know, the night ended up to be quite a success. This is definitely one of our favorite nights since we get to play don’t usually play which is the same ol commercial stuff you hear in clubs. We also celebrated our dear friend Karina Nadya, also known as nina, birthday where a solid crew from our friends showed up.

Ahkdan replaced flip and started off with some good funky house. The danceflo was still clear and he pumped it up in the end packing the floor. Mikey came in and managed to retain the danceflo dropping massive bangers but still leaving out the commercial tracks. Izl finished the night and played some dope tracks never been dropped before. All in all, another success from Trigger production and we hope to have more of these nights in the future.

The next night Izl, Mikey, Stan, Juicy, Slide and Noxx spun at Fable for an Rnb Hip hop night that wasn’t quite what we expected. People were requesting more hiphop than usual so we gave it to them and the dancefloor was packed for the night.

From last year’s Trigger All Star invastion to Mansion in Bandung, comes the 2012 version with a smaller crew. Stan, Mikey, Gvoiz and Mistah went and showed the Bandung Party goers what we’re all about. Driving up to Bandung from Jakarta in an afternoon sesh, facing traffic and all that jazz, we managed to reach Bandung and get lost in he midst to try to find out hotel. After resting, we got to Mansion and it started to rain. Usually with the rain, it hinders the people to show up.

When we entered the club, it was still empty and its usually the case where people hang out in the corners being shy to dance. Stan came in and started strong and the dancefloor was packed instantly. It was a tough crowd with us DJs not knowing exactly what to drop but in the end we both pulled through. Gvoiz and Mistah alternatively pumped up the crowds with their voices and they proved to be a solid team. Mikey came in after Stan and dropped everything from dutch house, to rnb and even some tech and electro. The place was still packed even when Mikey finished and it was a highly successful night, given our circumstances with the rain.
